Thornhill Club Members enjoy a culinary experience unlike anything else in the Toronto area. Our Executive Chef, Abhishek Sharma has developed relationships with farmers in Wellington and Prince Edward Counties that provide whole, naturally raised pigs, lamb, chicken and beef. As part of his vision, Chef Abhi has also championed growing many of the fresh vegetables and herbs used in our eight dining facilities within the club. Even our honey comes from hives on the property and our maple trees produce syrup each spring. This farm to fork philosophy means dining at the Thornhill Club, whether in Sunflake Grill for lunch, or The Stanley Thompson Grill for a bite after your round, will be exceptional.
The Thornhill Club offers eight dining venues to choose from. Members can join us for a meal or private event. Our private dining rooms can accommodate anywhere from eight to 20 people while our ballroom is suited for up to 120 people, to host large-scale events. Our member dining lounges are open year-round and our Sunflake Grill has a seasonally available patio to enjoy a meal after golf, tennis or bridge. Being a Thornhill Member allows you to reserve any of our wonderful private dining rooms for parties ranging from intimate receptions to dinners for 250 guests. From the Hawthorne Dining Room, with it’s attached lounge with private bar with fireplace, to the smaller and more traditional Boardroom, you’ll be assured of exceptional cuisine and service.
