Celebrating Greg McFarlane’s 30 Years of Service

Last night, members, staff, and former colleagues gathered in our Hawthorne Dining Room to celebrate the remarkable 30-year career of our Course Superintendent, Greg McFarlane. The evening kicked off with a cocktail hour featuring complimentary hors d’oeuvres, providing a chance for guests to mingle and share memories of Greg’s time at the Club.
The highlight of the night was an hour-long presentation, with heartfelt and humorous remarks from several speakers. Our COO, Kyle Stewart, Mechanic Mark Atkins, and Men’s Captain David Merry took the stage to pay tribute to Greg's decades of dedication and hard work. Greg also shared some words of his own, reflecting on his time at the Club and the friendships he’s built along the way. The evening’s entertainment included a light-hearted video made by David Merry, which brought plenty of laughter to the room.
